CANCELLATION POLICY
I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. * Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. * No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. * Late cancellations or missed appointments will require full payment in advance for future bookings. I understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can happen. If you experience a true emergency, please reach out as soon as possible, and I will do my best to work with you.
